Marilla Lindir-Ailliard was the ruler of the Aillard Domain for many years before she passed away. She has one son Kennard-Dyan Ardais who she has spoiled some what. She is described as being fair of skin, with sharp feartures that were pretty when she was younger, a narrow chin and a vulpine nose. Istvana Ridenow appears to be very good friends with Marilla and once stated that she was a good monitor.
