Recycle Ben is one of the many discarded fun meal toys that appeared in Small Fry. As his name suggests, he is blue recycling bin and uses his lid to talk. He got recycled, thus ending up with the toys. His name is a play on "recycle bin," as his name is Recycle Ben.
