The Star Justice Badge of Honor is one of the two Badges you can obtain in the Star Justice mini-Rank. Its description reads: Awarded for heroic efforts in returning the stolen plans to Capt Reynolds. You will not be able to make the Space Skull Badge if you make the Star Justice Badge of Honor, because they both require the Star Justice Deputy Badge to be made. One needs to choose wisely which side they want to be on.
