Patrick finds out he has a sister who is a princess in Shell City. This time, SpongeBob and Patrick don't have Mindy, a bag of winds, or David Hasselhoff. They'll need to use a replacement for Hasslehoff named Justin Bieber. The two don't like Bieber, and will have to survive the ride with Bieber. Also, they will meet Dennis again, who was sent by the Shell City Manager to prevent the two from escaping again. But the two escape and meet Princess Star..... almost. King Neptune comes right in time wondering who stole his mirror. Patrick says he did, and gives back the mirror. They finally meet Princess Star, but it appears that Princess Star isn't related to Patrick at all.
