CHLI-FM, or Rossland Community Radio Co-operative is a volunteer-led co-operative community radio station in Rossland, British Columbia, Canada. The co-operative applied for a low-power broadcast license with the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC), with the aim to broadcast at 5 watts of power on the FM dial at 101.1 with the call letters CHLI, and the station was given approval by the CRTC on May 15, 2008. As of March 2008, the co-op has more than 75 members and is currently housed in the Rossland United Church building.
