This is a "secret" monthly item, and the first "3rd" monthly collectable (Solia usually only allows the users to pick between 2 items per month). One piece of the set can be worn at a time (or more if more than one of the item is owned) as a jacket, pants, shoes, mouth piece, hairpin or nunchaku.
