A terrorist named Felix Wraffen had hijacked a French train full of commuters. As Wraffen was British, the French requested a British negotiator. John Probe was sent to the scene, but instead of negotiating, he attacked. He prevented Wraffen from killing the hostages by separating the carriage with the hostages in and pushing it away up the hill. When it rolled back down again, he used Wraffen and himself as a cushion to stop it crashing too hard into the rest of the train. Wraffen was killed in the impact.
