The Adamantite Plate Mail top is a plate mail top that is weaker than the Rune Plate Mail top but stronger than the Mithril Plate Mail top. It can be exchanged for a Adamantite Plate Mail Body and vice-versa by using the item to convert on Thrander in south-eastern Varrock. It can only be worn by female characters with a defense level of 30 or higher.
