Mortaro was an Anzati serial killer known as "the Black Scourge". Unlike many other Anzati, he was highly intelligent and efficient in his killings. He has the death mark on 200 planets, 20 star systems, and 12 major sectors. His bounty is a total of 500 million credits, though every bounty hunter who came near him was fed upon for their soup.
