The Upeo can teleport everything within a designated area to somewhere else. This power requires a minute or so to “warm up” - translating such a large amount of physical mass into noetic particles takes time and concentration. Appropriate bioware can increase the transportal size so that the Upeo can even ‘port entire ships from one system to another.
