The user first adds a glob of earth chakra gel to the end of a length of wire. The user then swings the wire like a flail to hit an opponent. When the earth gel connects to an opponent, the user can solidify it, potentially trapping the opponent. The user can also solidify the earth gel while it is still on the wire, creating a makeshift flail.
