Basil Marko or Sandface was a football player, who found out he was getting kicked off his team right before the championships. He killed the coach, and went to Ryker's Asylum. He later broke out and found a pit of radiation-exposed clay, which he tripped into. He was mutated into Sandface, a super-villain made of clay and sand. He could stretch, shape-shift, shrink, grow, and more. He is an amalgamation of Marvel's Sandman and DC's Clayface.
