The One-eyed Elder is the elder of a small pack in Sendai in which inhabit Heizō and Tyson. He used to be an Ouu soldier under the command of the legendary Ouu leader Riki and is one of the only warriors who survived the final Battle against Akakabuto. When he saw Orion, the puppy reminded him of his leader, who had been killed by Akakabuto many years ago. He then asks him who were his parents and when Orion replies that his father and mother were Weed and Koyuki, Elder and his followers immediately salute him.
