Ficus Solitarius (also simply known as Talking Flowers) is a breed of flower that is very rare and known to be sentient, often speaking its mind like any humanoid living being. Its entry in Papa Smurf's book states the following: "This talking flower is incredibly rare, incredibly beautiful and incredibly selfish. It cares only for itself and its own survival". Despite its mean-spirited nature, a Ficus Solitarius can be raised to be good if given nurturing love and nutrition as a seedling; showing that the common selfish behavior of this plant species is the result of a bad upbringing.
