How he came to be is when Fortran his brother did not made him ruler of the United 'Gees Galaxy and was upset but he also felt alot of rage inside him so he became this. If he rages more he will destroy the enemy he has trouble with and erase him or her in existence. His design is a blinding fast red blood - like aura he has sharp claws and he has a darker color.
