You have to beat the elite 4 then go to veilstone city then go south and stay on the right when you on a route then you will see a path that you have not seen before you will be at spring path i think and you will see a cave and you will see giratina BEWARE it is at Lv 70 so bring alot of ultra balls or a master ball hope i helped and bring a lvl 50+ pokemon
