The Cursed Garrison supplied Markal with troops. When Zehir, Godric and Findan fought Markal, the Cursed Garrison was one of the three things that gave him overwhelming power, the others being the Black Crystal and a Tear of Asha. While Zehir destroyed the Crystal and Findan dealt with the Tear, Godric tore down the Cursed Garrison. Afterwards, the three finished off Markal.
