Written by Kevin J. Anderson, Star Wars: The Jedi Academy Trilogy is made up of three books published by Bantam Spectra in 1994. They are Jedi Search, Dark Apprentice, and Champions of the Force. The books tell the story of Luke Skywalker's attempt to resurrect the Jedi Order on Yavin 4, and his search for possible Jedi candidates. The later novel I, Jedi is a retcon of much of the action at the Jedi Academy, inserting Corran Horn into the storyline and smoothing out parts that do not conform to later continuity.
