"Quiet Time" is sung by Bear and Tutter in the Bear in the Big Blue House episodes "Picture of Health" and "Need a Little Help Today." Bear urges Tutter to take a break from all of his activities and get some rest; while Tutter initially resists Bear's suggestions, he eventually gives in and ends up falling asleep.
