AdernaLung cells are a specialized mutation for Zerg ground forces. By usings genes from the spacefarying strains, ground based infantry units can replace most of their breathing organs for more adernal glands. This mutation eliminates the need to breath and increases stamina. For small strains such as Zerglings, adernalung cells effectively allow them to move for weeks to months without tiring. Larger strains are more prone to gain an increase in speed than endurance, but are no less dangerous.
