This is one of the 4 bosses of the Mountaintop. This boss uses the poison spear attack, which behaves like those from the Pyramid Boss, but with a reduced rate of fire. Ice type weapons can make this boss rarely attack at all, which can give players a big advantage over this boss. Thunder type weapons should also be considered for use against this boss. High-damaging characters in general can defeat this boss without any problems, unless a character was frozen by the Blue Boss Fairy Eel. An Indra Arrow 6 or Quad Steel Arrow 6 on a Sniper will help kill the boss quicker, and will leave room for Priests to do the rest of the work to defeat it.
