Flashy, known as Pikarā (ピカラー Pikarā?) in Japan, is a bulblight-like virus in Mega Man Battle Network 5. It moves around by teleporting randomly on the field until it teleports in front its target to attack. It then shoots off an electrical attack onto the four adjacent squares first followed by four squares in an X-shaped pattern. Its attack can temporarily paralyze the target.
