"Roaring" Rosie Levin is a minor character in Monsters University. She is a rock-like monster with pointy glasses and earring-covered horns. Rosie is the leader of the Eta Hiss Hiss sorority. She has a trademark snake tongue and hissing sound, which fits with her sorority's name. She has only one line in the film, but she does appear several times.
