In roughly 2060 CE (about 5,000 PSC), several surviving groups of people- most from Turkey, a fraction from Europe, and a small portion from farther east of Turkey- met in the ruins of what was once Istanbul, and planned on cooperating for a "Great Reconstruction"- as time and generations passed, however, the legacy grew dim. Less and less knowlege was being passed onto the survivors' descendants, until- after about two thousand years, the New Virgin Age began. More details on the post-war survivors' collective that would become Arkaan are limited.
