__ToC__ Burt Jackson is a self-styled philosopher and owner of "The Pork Rind Express," an 18-wheel truck recently captured by members of the Cult of the Red Banner. He's contacted his ex-girlfriend, reporter Julie Morgan, for help in getting it back. He is obviously based on the character Jack Burton in the film 'Big Trouble in Little China', and his dialogue and questline include references to that film.
