The Kingdom Flag is a synthesized item in Atelier Meruru: The Apprentice of Arland. After discovering Hart Outpost for the first time, Meruru will be required to make upgrades to the area to make it more defensible. As part of the first development in the area, Meruru will need to deliver Kingdom Flags so that they can display Arls's emblem. A large version of the flag can be found behind Lord Dessier in the castle's throne room. There are also smaller flags on the castle's rooftop.
