The Mexican National Tag Team Championship, or Campeonata Nacional de Parejas as it’s known as in Spanish, is a “national” leven tag-team wrestling level title, a mid-card title that’s sanctioned by the "Comisión de Box y Lucha Libre Mexico D.F." (the Mexican Boxing and Wrestling commission). The Mexican National Tag Team Championship has been defended exclusively in the Mexican wrestling promotion Asistencia Asesoría y Administración (AAA) since AAA was founded in 1992.
