The factory has three floors and a basement. It is accessible, though it is heavily run-down inside. Various items of rubbish and debris can be found in the factory. Abandoned train tracks that lead to an underground tunnel can be found next to the factory. Some tramps can occasionally be found in the tunnel, and a hole in the brick wall leads into the factory.
