Doctor Joel Singer was a Human scientist in the 20th century. He attended Columbia University and Johns Hopkins University. In 1974, his employment with the Chrysalis Project came to an abrupt and tragic end when Sarina Kaur had him killed for not observing operational security. He died while wearing a white lab coat.
