Marine Aircraft Group 24 (MAG-24) is a United States Marine Corps aviation unit based at Marine Corps Air Facility Kaneohe Bay that is currently composed of one HMH-463 CH-53D Sea Stallion Squadron, one HMLA-367 AH-1W and UH-1Y Squadron, a Marine Wing Support Detachment (MWSD-24) and a Marine Aircraft Logistic Squadron MALS-24. They fall under the command of the 1st Marine Aircraft Wing and the III Marine Expeditionary Force.
