Similar in design to the helmets used during the days of the Rebel Alliance, this "Light Engagement Tactical" helmet is clearly built with the intent of producing a positive combat multiplier. Reduced in size from the original design to operate better in tight spaces, and to balance the weight strain on the wearer's head, the new design allows for a larger field of vision than it's predecessor did, with only a slightly heightened chance of the wearer being hit on exposed skin. Several modifications are new and unique to this helmet, however, such as a built-in comlink, foldable set of computer-assisted binoculars, and a built in wireless tranciever that acts in conjunction with a modification to a blaster weapon to assist in targetting.
