[Source] The Chronicles of Med'eeth was a Jedi historical document that took the form of a metal plaque. They were salvaged from the ruins of Ossus at some point before the birth of Antron Bach. When the Clone Wars ended, Jedi Master Uvell entrusted Bach with a number of Jedi objects of historical importance, which included the last charred fragment of the Chronicles of Med'eeth.
