Arthur Pelham Winstead is a character in the Lost novelization Signs of Life. He was the prestigious President of Robert Burns College, and was the one who personally wrote to Jeff Hadley offering him a professorship at the College which was located in Lochheath, Scotland. Upon arriving, Jeff was glad to hear Arthur Pelham Winstead was away.
