Throwback Attack is an insert set in 1999 Upper Deck Retro. This 15-card set was inserted one per five packs and features current major league stars. Each card number carries a T prefix. The design is extremely similar to the 1959 Topps Baseball set. The set is paralleled by a Level 2 set that was randomly inserted and serial numbered to 500 copies each.
