Elmwood was a resident of Corus and scent-hound handler for the Provost's Guard in the third century of the Human Era. He was one of the three handlers taken along to Port Caynn by Gershom of Haryse when he finally intervened there. Elmwood also was the oldest of those handlers. He told Rebakah Cooper that she could not take part in hunting for Pearl Skinner with Achoo because she was too inexperienced for such a high-ranking and clever criminal. He only appears as a minor character in Bloodhound.
