The Leman State (レマン自治州, reman jichishuu) is a sovereign state in the midwest Zemuria. Leman houses a number of continent-wide known organisations, such as the international headquarters of the Bracer Guild and prestigious universities. It's also the place where the Orbal Revolution began after the death of C. Epstein with the foundation of the Epstein Foundation. As of S.1204, the state has been cooperating with the Epstein Foundation and Crossbell to connect both states to the orbal network, the next step in orbal-waved communication equivalent to the Internet.
