It pretty much works like the Shiro elevator, the main difference is that only vehicles come from this structure. It is assumed that under this elevator there's a little manufacturing area where the vehicle is assembled and transported upside through the elevator, or that vehicles simply get transported from another floor. This elevator doesn't transport Nanocores (although some are found inside the Sanitarium).
