Princess Hatena (ハテナ姫, Hatena Hime) is a hamster princess that has an important role in Hamtaro Nazo Nazo Q. She lives in the Cloud Castle, and spends her spare time reading in her huge palace library. The most notable of the books she owns a is book that contains five powerful ancient riddles. This causes the Mystery Q Leader and his minions to imprison her inside her own library after she refused to turn over the book to them. She has a group of small, fairy-like hamsters called Q-chanzu (Ｑちゃん), which seem to be her servants or helpers.
