Sheriff Paul Velchik was the Sheriff of Edina, New York. He attempted to conceal the fact that the town had been mutated by Project Elephant. He tried to kill Olivia Dunham and Peter Bishop but was shot in the back by Rose Falls. ("What Lies Below")
