Mark Roneil Sister by his screen name Empoy, was a Filipino comedian-programmer in the Philippines. He was widely regarded as ASCO's "Super Associate" for his comedic talent embodied by his long roster of works on ASP Classic, C#, Stored Procedure and Javascript.
