Yang Feng (died 197) was a cavalry general who lived in the late Eastern Han Dynasty. He was also a friend of Han Xian. During the beginning years of the campaign against Dong Zhuo, Dong Zhuo assigned Yang Feng under that of Li Jue. However, he soon abandoned Li Jue and became independent, which he became a White Wave Bandit.
