The Ronald Rump Civic Center is the venue in which the wrestling match in Lean, Green Smackdown Machine! takes place. Ronald Rump is an obvious parody of real-life hotel mogul (and later United States president) Donald Trump, and the name is similar to another Trump parody "Ronaldo Rump", that appeared in the 2006 version of the cartoon "Biker Mice From Mars", which incidentally in the U.S., aired on CW4Kids. Ronald Rump himself does not seem to appear in any TMNT media.
