Boots of Disregard are Legendary boots in Diablo III. They require character level 12 to drop, and can only be found within Act III or Act IV Horadric Caches. Representing the sin of Sloth, these boots may be of some use when out of combat, but once in battle, the only ones capable of holding their position, if ever, will most likely be a fully equipped tank. Obviously, using these with Hexing Pants of Mr. Yan is ill advised. Note that this Life Regeneration bonus does not scale with level.
