The 4 Horsemen were a group in Transformers: The New Beast Wars. They were created by Unicron from the corpses of Galvatron, Cyclonus, and two Sweeps(Scourge became a Renegade). They were assigned by him to find the shards before the other teams could. Without the shards, Cybertron would die and Unicron could destroy the Multiverse. They were all exceptionally powerful Transformers, able to take down both Zero and Thunderwing (TNBW) with relative ease. They were, despite this, all killed by the Maximals, Predacons, and Renegades in seperate instances. Their cause(s) of death(s) are listed in their articles.
