Ruben Weiss was an employee of OSHA during Day 4. At around 10:40pm, he called Chloe O'Brian to pass a message to Edgar Stiles, telling her that it would be weeks or months before they were able to recover the body of his mother as recovery would not be allowed in the area. Chloe told Ruben she understood, and would pass the message on.
