The Spectre Project is a top secret project by the greatest scientists and armorers in Mandalorian space. Created by the head of MandalMotors and MandalTech, Karric Nayms and approved by the current Mandalore Garen Starfall. Aside from the designers, Nayms, and Starfall, none have any knowledge of the project. It was later released to the Mandalorians what the Spectre Project was, and became the know-all term for everything to do with the Spectres.
