GAS Entertainment were an artist management agency, formed in 1999 by John Silva and Gary Gersh. Tenacious D were one of their clients, it is unknown what year they joined the agency, so therefore it's possible that GAS were the first agency they signed to. GAS Entertainment most folded in 2003, as their artists moved to Silva's new agency Silva Artist Management.
