Zoe is the mirror image of her mother, Fiera. Neither she nor her mother see the seriousness in life's dealings. The young Marzullo often seeks out the approval of her mother doing whatever it takes to been seen in the limelight of Fiera's eyes. She is seen as sugar and spice, but is known for her radical tenancies and ability to go against advisement of others.
