The Major Power set was an insert set in 2000 Bowman. It was inserted at a rate of 1:24 hobby/retail packs and 1:9 HTA jumbo packs. The cards highlight some of the baseball's best homerun hitters. The inclusion of the "power" hitters Derek Jeter and Nomar Garciaparra is laughable.
