Seiun (清雲?) is one of the protagonists in Tales of Mobile: Tales of Commons. He is a man in his forties who is the captain of the Bloom Imperial Brigade of Yinfouyang (ユンファヤング Yunfayangu?). Although loyal to his country, he can be a merciless judge of people.
